Responsibilities:

• Provide operation support to securities brokerage and asset management business
• Handle daily operational flows including settlement duties of equities, fixed income and structured products in HK and global market;
• Perform CCASS operation, trade matching, corporate actions, cash and position reconciliation in HK and global markets among custodians;
• Oversee daily operation of discretionary accounts in portfolio management system; and
• Work on ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• At least 1 year of settlement experience in securities brokerage operation
• Familiar with the settlement practices in HK and other global stock markets
• Good understanding of the regulatory landscape relating to settlement operation would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
