Responsibilities:

• Provide fixed income dealing and market making services to Institutional, Corporate PI and Individual PI clients;
• Trading in fixed income products, mainly focus on Chinese names;
• Collect market information and trading data, prepare in-house market commentary in a timely manner, generate investment and trade ideas, compile valid information for clients and explore potential trading opportunities;
• Demonstrate an understanding of front to back trade flows as well as risk and P&L. Manage and maintain client, instrument and transaction data from front to back end system. Prepare daily P&L and position report to management, work with Risk Department to implement risk monitoring, management and controls;
• Answer clients’ queries and ensure problems solved, cultivate relationships with banks and counterparties in support of our access to liquidity;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline;
• Understand China Fixed Income Market and the dynamics, connection with major market participant;
• More than 2 years’ experience in Fixed Income trading/sales;
• Demonstrate an understanding of front to back trade flows as well as risk and P&L;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Highly disciplined, be careful to details, organized and well-planned with a strong desire to succeed;
