A customer service opportunity has arisen in our Issuer Services business – Investor Services team!

Our Investor Services team handles shareholders’ enquiries in relation to their shareholdings registered in their own names, for which Computershare acts as the Share Registrar.

The services include but are not limited to handling enquiries from shareholders relating to Non receipt of certificates/dividend warrants, Corporate event matters, Registration of documents etc.

We are looking for a Counter Services expert to join us as an Investor Services Officer II. There will be minimal OT in the role. 

A role you will love

The Investor Services Officer will respond to walk-in shareholders’ enquiries and help to solve a variety of enquiries including but not limited to share holdings, dividend payments, registration of documents etc. This role will also interact with internal parties to complete relevant assignments.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:  

• Contact shareholders by phone to follow up problematic cases
• Handle ad hoc projects when necessary

What will you bring to the role? 

This role is required to have the passion to serve shareholders and enjoy interacting with people. The job holder must be pleasant, patient, committed, and able to work independently and trustworthy with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Other key skills required for the role include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good written English and Chinese skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
