Responsibilities:

• Carried out research and analysis, develop financial models, perform valuation and financial analyses, and legal analysis;
• Participate in various corporate finance transactions, including IPO and corporate finance advisory;
• Work with senior bankers to assess potential deals and conduct relevant research;
• Conduct due diligence works, market research, financial analysis and work on listing rules compliance matters and regulatory check;
• Prepare listing documents and draft/review announcements and circulars;
• Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities or regulators;
• Assist in ad-hoc project(s)

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Previous working experience in IPO and corporate finance advisory (relevant working experience with big 4 audit firm can be considered for Corporate Finance Associate).
• Knowledge in PRC capital market
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills
• Team player with strong communication and time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Points and Chinese typing.
