Our client is a Leading Financial Corporation, they are currently seeking for a Manager (Business Development) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle in accordance with prevailing policies and procedures.
• Support business acquisition activities.
• Formulate and implement a promotion plan of the products according to the market trends.
• Conduct business analysis and prepare MIS reports.
• Manage and liaise with vendors on the systems with customer data, including database management, requirement specifications, UAT planning and implementation plan.

• Degree holder or above in Business Analysis, Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years experience in customer engagement or sales management is a definite advantage.
• Experience in sales roles in banking/insurance sectors with recognised professional insurance qualification is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage, loan or insurance products with analytical mind and business acumen. 
• Proven track record of end-to-end CRM system management is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Hands on experience in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a must.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.
