About our client:

Our client is an Australian based Asset Management firm with offices across APAC regions. Currently due to business expansion, they are hiring a customer service support staff. 

Your Responsibility will include:

• Work closely with the Relationship Manger in administering client portfolios
• Provide administrative and operational support for smooth sales delivery processes
• Handle KYC an client onboarding processes
• Maintain updated client investor profiles
• Handle account opening documents for individual and corporate clients
• Handle clients inquiries and correspondences in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 2 years of experience in customer services in financial institutions
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
