1. Manages projects that result in the overall improvement of business processes and efficiency.
2. Develops process improvement plans that minimize resistance to change and maximize engagement.
3. Partners with business leaders to understand and identify factors that optimize the business. Identifies and recommendations areas to focus resources and initiatives for process improvement projects.
4. Influences and collaborates with senior leaders to drive global change through the application of analytical thinking and methods.
5. Ensures projects meet objectives and schedules.
6. Analyzes the cost analysis of all new projects and maintains costs within approved project budgets.
7. May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
8. Performs other duties as directed.

What makes you a great fit:

1. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field plus generally ten years of directly related experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes.
3. Strong program/project management and leadership skills to manage projects utilizing personnel from multiple disciplines.
4. Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
