My client is one of the world's most successful and well-known market research firms with offices all over the globe. The role I am working on will be responsible to proactively growing the company's business around the Greater China region, focusing on creating relationships with hedge funds.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities in the region and create strategies to approach new potential clients
• Execute sales plans in the area
• Contribute to the coordination and product development in collaboration with potential client requirements
• Ensure that analysts are exposed to clients on a continuous basis to maintain consistent business
• Stay up to date with market trends, always ensure that the information you are providing is relevant, up to date and accurate

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, in a market research, financial services or communications firm
• Strong client facing experience and the personality to engage with new clients on new products and services
• Interest and knowledge of new technology, market trends and efficiency improvements within an organization
• Experience using multiple channels to reach out to potential clients, engaging your team and collaborate to the team goal
• English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are necessary to succeed in this role
