An international Financial Institution, based in Hong Kong, is looking for a Compliance professional to join them.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; relevant laws, regulations and global standards
• Review and analyze reports for irregular or suspicious activities. Subsequent reports should be made on cases that violate relevant rules and regulations
• Establish assessment plans and perform control reviews
• Prepare compliance plans, procedures and guideline and due diligence
• Stay up to date with latest business practices and products

• Undergraduate degree in Law, Risk Management or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications in auditing or accounting (e.g. CPA, CISA etc.)
• Minimum of 8 years in compliance/audit role, with at least 2 years in a management position
• Proven track record in dealing with SFC and other regulatory authority
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Hong Kong regulations and industry best practices; particularly in the areas of compliance, corporate governance and risk management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic working environment
• Strong investigative and analytical ability and detail-oriented
