Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide internal IT support to the company including office networks, laptops, video conference systems, AD, VPN, and other enterprises’ IT-related system management.
- Support the company's internal IT-related procurements. Such as purchasing, payment, invoice filing, inventory records, etc.
- Provide technical support to end-users from receiving IT-related incidents and requests.
- Provide first-line support to resolve end users’ service requests
- Assist the 2nd tier support or vendor/related parties if needed, and make sure the issue is fixed within the timeframe.
- Install and troubleshoot on hardware/software, operating system, office applications, Active Directory, antivirus, and relevant hardware drivers
- Assist staff on-boarding / departure process.
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Computer Science,Information System or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ experiences in IT Support Experience
- Familiar with Windows operating system and good skill in troubleshooting Windows operating system.
- Familiar with Microsoft tools, such as office365, teams, One Drive, AD, etc., can handle technical support on related systems.
- Familiar with common enterprise IT systems, such as video conferencing, IP phones, network leased lines, Internet access control, etc.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Proficient in Mandarin
