Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and plan for onboarding of existing Third Parties into the Third Party Management system across all Business Units in APAC
• Build business entities stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes
• Assist business entities stakeholders to understand TPM requirements and facilitate delivery by the local stakeholder groups
• Drive project working group to coordinate delivery and governance in accordance with plan
• Regular reporting to senior stakeholders across LBU and group on progress
• Ensure existing third party onboarding strategy align to overall TPM program strategies
• Conduct regular trainings to 'train the trainers' in business entities

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years' relevant experience gained in insurance company, bank or financial institution
• Expereince in Transformation Project management, Third Party management and/or Sourcing.
• Highly effective communication skills with demonstrated experience in engaging diverse stakeholder group
• Proficient in driving stakeholders buy-in and influence practice change
• Attention to detail, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; capable to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
• Ability to navigate a matrix-style environment independently whilst prioritizing competing deadlines
• Working knowledge of Ariba systems is highly desirable
• Professional procurement qualification or a membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply - MCIPS is desirable but not essential
• Proficient in spoken and written English is a must; Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is preferred
