Exciting New Role for You
You will be joining the core client relations team with the overall team goal of ensuring clients are receiving the best experience with the business. More specifically for your role, you will be taking lead on marketing materials that are used across the organization and ensuring that are attracting the right clients. You will also take lead in conducting market research on target prospects and seeking to set up introductory meetings for the business. You will be the key contact for client liaison and managing the experience quality of select clients.

Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, client relations or investor relations role
University degree within relevant domains such as marketing or finance
Strong written and spoken capabilities in English and Mandarin
Effective communicator with great care taken into client experience journey
