Responsibilities:

• To deliver excellent service based on customer service protocol and ensure customer satisfaction via telephone calls, WhatsApp and/or in-person;
• Cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems;
• Answer patients’ inquiry and appointment booking
• Handle daily clinic operations i.e. greeting patients, registration and sales related activities 
• Provide service to end-consumer from other regions.
• Leading the hotline team would be a future for the potential staff; &
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Inventory control of stock and purchase necessary medical materials
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
• Working hours: Shift basis included Sat, Sun and Public Holiday

Requirements:

• Degree holder in science or related disciplines;
• Min 2-3 years relevant customer service / clinic operation working experiences preferred;
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently;
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Processing;
• Recognized Phlebotomist Certificate is an advantage
• Completed Covid-19 vaccination is a must
• Willing to work on shift basis; &
• Immediate availability is preferred.
