As Management Trainee, job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Learning the shop operations knowledge and management
• Developing good human relationship, interpersonal communication and follow-up skills
• Maintain a smooth work flow in daily operations procedures
• Proactively develop and enhance relationships with customers
• Provide sales reports and regular documents for management review
• Identify new sales and businesses opportunity

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above with 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferable in retail shop
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Passionate in health care industry
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• Analytical mindset, self-motivated and willing to accept challenges
• Proactive and be a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
