We are a progressive boutique wellness centre providing a comprehensive range of services including nutrition and health assessment, sound healing, life coaching and energy healing services with an online and brick-and-mortar shop, servicing an international clientele. We use the latest biofeedback technology to improve the quality and efficacy of our consultation.

Job description:

• We provide on-the-job training to support the right candidate to become a competent wellness consultant
• Once trained and qualified, deliver Bioresonance assisted nutrition and health assessment and consultations independently 
• Expand customer awareness through information sharing
• Engage with clients and customers, listen for their needs and appropriately recommend company products and services 
• Regularly follow up with clients and customers to maintain connection and service quality, in receiving feedbacks and encouraging referrals
• Maintain accurate client records
• Be able to communicate well in English and Chinese on health and nutrition topics
• Be able to respond to health-related enquires professionally
• Be able to present educational and marketing talks and workshops when required
• Be available for ad hoc assignments from Management where required

Requirements: 

• University degree (in Nutrition, Human Physiology, Human Biology, Naturopathy or related subjects) or health coaching qualifications
• Passionate about health and wellness and open to learning about and experiencing mind-body health and healing
• Aromatherapy knowledge is a definite plus
• TCM and naturopathy knowledge are a definite plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency is a bonus but not a must)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & Powerpoint and 
• Ideally minimum 2 years’ working experience in the field of nutrition or product advisory or related wellness fields (candidates with less experience are welcome to apply)
• Pleasant and health-conscious
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a patient, non-judgemental and compassionate personality
• Resourceful, self-motivated, organized, diligent and a team player with a positive working attitude
• Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining set priorities
