Responsibilities:

• Establish standards and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Analyze product performance to prepare supply and demand forecast
• Liaise with multiple suppliers on supply and demand forecast to achieve the expected product fulfilment rate
• Based on sales forecasts and stock level, properly plan the regular procurement, promotion campaigns and animation procurement to brands
• Follow up orders fulfilment and ensure efficient and sufficient supply to cooperate with company inventory targets and promotion campaigns
• Properly manage the brands' phase in and phase out
• Responsible for inventory, production, and logistics cost budget

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or equivalent with at least 8 years in supply chain management 
• Experience in FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors is definitely an advantage
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• A good team and multi-tasked player with a strong drive for result
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supply Chain Manager
