Job Description

-Maintain daily club operation and tidiness of the 5-Stars Hotel clubhouse
-Handling customer’s enquiries and complaints
-Monitor assigned contractors when carrying out their duties
-Ensure a well-trained team and provide quality services
-Assist in managing club facilities

Requirements

-Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude is essential
-Diploma in Sports and Recreation or related discipline
-At least 3-4 years relevant working experience in clubhouse or hospitality industry
-Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
-Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
-Diligent, able to work independently and under pressure
-Shift duty and public holiday work are required
-Fresh graduate or candidates with less experience will be considered for Club Assistant/Officer
