Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily front desk operation in the fitness centre.
• Assist in general administrative and clerical support;
• Handle members' enquiries and bookings of the fitness centre;
• Maintain high standard in customer service;
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 6 level or above;
• Preferably Certificate/Diploma in Sport & Recreation or Hotel Management or relevant working experience
• Pleasant, proactive, and customer oriented;
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Hands-on PC skills in MS Office & Chinese word processing;
• Willing to work on shift.

入職要求：

• 中六或以上程度
• 持運動及康體管理、酒店管理等相關證書/文憑 或 具相關經驗者優先
• 開朗、主動和顧客為本的服務態度
• 良好英語、普通話及廣東話
• 具實際MS Office操作及中文打字能力
• 願意輪班工作
