Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of Finance
- Deliver sourcing strategies, procurement policy and procedures
- Responsible on the supply planning based on demand forecasting
- Select vendors and conduct vendor management
- Manage bidding, RFQ, RFP processes
- Raise PO and maintain the records
- Rollout vendor performance survey and evaluation periodically and work with buyer departments to review vendors’ performance.
- Analyze supply trends and support management for reporting and performance analysis
- Based on sales trends and ordering lead time to achieve optimal inventory levels
- Conduct cost optimization project to deliver +ve financial impact
- Provide procurement training to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 5 or above experience in procurement function
- Experience in health and wellness field would be an advantage
- Experience in using ERP system eg. Oracle/ SAP
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential
- Strong sense of internal controls
- High integrity and trust worthy
- Good command of English and Putonghua
