Responsibilities:

• Monitor the shop day-to-day operations to maximize the operation efficiency to enhance the business development
• Manage staff performance, administration management, maintain exceptional customer service standard of our retail operation
• Cooperate with various departments to maintain a high standard of retail environment in terms of logistics arrangement, maintenance, shop display and IT technical matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Attentive to details and willing to learn
• 2 years+ relevant experience in Beauty/ Hospitality Industry is preferred
• Strong in people management skills, planning, problem solving & time management
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
