Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall day-to-day operation of a sizable residential clubhouse located at Tseung Kwan O
- Handle enquiries and provide excellent services to customers
- Duties include counter service, facilities booking and checking and assisting in organizing recreational activities/festive events etc.
- Perform other duties assigned by Customer Service Centre
- DSE or above
- Certificate in Recreation & Sports, Club House Management or Hotel Management preferred
- Relevant experience in clubhouse, hotel or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
- Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing
- Shift duty is required, 9 hours / shift
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered
