What you will do:

• Liaise and conduct clinical presentation, training, hands-on demonstration to internal parties and external corporate clients on medical aesthetics systems and technologies
• Assist sales teams with pre-sale and post-sale customer support including on-site demo & clinical training, troubleshooting, remote support, practice enhancement
• Maintain excellent relationships with corporate clients and strengthen their product knowledge & utilization by providing regular training and support
• Represent the company at various trade shows, medical aesthetic symposium, training workshops and marketing activities to promote company product and brand awareness.
• Maintain, update all related product clinical materials including product document, clinical paper, report, video, presentation, multimedia etc. Document translation if necessary.
• Communicate & work closely with other clinical team from headquarter, regional and other countries, share up-to-date product / clinical knowledge with local office & client
• New / potential product evaluation including product analysis, technical comparison, market comparison, product presentation
• Other duties as assigned by management

What you will need:

• University degree holder in Science, Medical Science, Bio-medical, Nursing or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in medical/ medical aesthetic industry, candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience may apply for senior clinical specialist position
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office applications
