Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate patients' appointment bookings and hospital admission
- Carry out nursing procedures
- Daily clinical services, operations and patient care duties
- Handle patients' queries with good customer service skills and telephone manner
- Provide administrative support in any ad-hoc duties whenever necessary
Job Requirements
- Registered with Hong Kong Nursing Council with valid practicing certificate
- 1 to 3 years clinical experience with O&G/Surgical/Medical is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner
- Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Immediately availability is an advantage
