What you’ll be doing?

• Arrange and coordinate staff from all departments as needed for each project. During the life of a project, PM manages and supervises employees assigned to the project.
• Show Flexibility/Diversity - Varying work in different locations. Teams can be formed and reformed to meet the requirements of special projects.
• Provide supervision, leadership and coordination of all departmental efforts including Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction and Service during project construction in a timely manner.
• Perform all functions required to promote and finalize the project including estimating, conceptual design, proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations and review.
• Coordinate and check documents during design development, contract documents, bidding phases and compile addendum information.
• Prepare budget projections and control costs within agreed upon limits. Provide letters, proposals, memos, contracts, change orders & strategies etc. for good business procedures and legal protection.
• Maintain cordial relationships with all clients, vendors, subcontractors and the industry.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree or above
• Minimum 8-year experience of managing MVAC construction projects
• Must have excellent computer skills including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities across multiple projects with excellent communication and client relationship building skills.
• Ability to compile construction drawing sets and manage multiple projects at once
• Registered Professional Engineer
• Basic knowledge of applicable plumbing codes.
• Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business.
• Strong interpersonal and project management abilities, employing organizational skills to respond a high volume of issues successfully.
• Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have
  • at least 5 years of mechanical and plumbing design experience in consultant company
  • Licensed Plumber
  • Immediately available
