Job Description:
- Planning, monitor and control project progress
- Work closely with PM / APM in daily duties of projects administration
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project
- Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors

Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Certificate or above in Construction Management / Building Studies or related disciplines
- 2 years relevant working experience in Construction industry, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint in both Chinese and English Word Processing
- Fast learner and growth orientated
- Positive and encouraging personality
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
