Our Client is a top tier Listed Building Main Contractor in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for Project Coordinator to Senior Project Coordinator for their on going and new projects.

Project Coordinator to Senior Project Coordinator

• Building projects
• Salary from HK$30K to HK$50K
• double pay + bonus
• Good career development 

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or Structural/Civil Engineering or other related discipline
• At least 4 years' relevant experience in Building Construction field (more experience candidates will consider as Senior Project Coordinator)
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Monitor and supervisor the site progress
• Coordinate with different parties in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing and methods to ensure the project went smooth.
• Assist in formulating construction plan and methods.
• Review / monitor design drawings, shop drawings, method statement and material submissions to meet the contractual requirements and achieve timely completion of the project within budget.
• Assist in carrying out safety and environmental control.
