Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in project coordination / management on-site supervision and closely monitor the site progress & performance of the sub-contractors within the time schedule.
  • Preparation of shop drawings.

Requirements

  • Certificate / Associate Degree / Diploma or above in Building related studies with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity.  Applicant with talents & more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Able to read & write Chinese & English correspondences
  • Good communication skills, independent & initiative a must
