Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction planning, quality, cost, and report regularly.
• Liaise with the Property Department, relevant internal & external parties and government authorities for site assessments, submission and approval processes, regulatory and licensing matters, handover activities and follow up on the schedule and status of work.
• Manage, liaise, and coordinate with the external consultant team and contractors & suppliers for the on-site work activities.
• Plan and manage daily repair and maintenance works to ensure efficient, reliable and cost-effective works are being conducted by technician and contractors for different business units of the group.
• Assist in prepare budgets and cost saving initiatives, monitor and control related expenses.
• Perform other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services/ Building Studies / Building Surveying / Architectural / Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years or above relevant working experience from sizable company, preferably in catering industry (restaurant or food factory)
• Self-initiative, able to work independently and commit to project deliverables.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Well-versed in AutoCAD drawing, MS Office, Outlook
• Immediately available preferred
