Urgent - Regional Indirect Procurement Manager - Store Construction

Out client is an international retailer and they are looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager focus on Store Construction, work with different stakeholders and business units on suppliers sourcing, negotiation, tender review as well as quality works.

Job Duties:

• Developing and implementing various sourcing strategies make sure the procurement services/goods meet company safety, quality standards, on time delivery and cost spending.
• Develop strong relationship with internal stakeholders and departments in all strategic sourcing initiatives and aligns stakeholders' expectations, needs and goals
• Manage and evaluate suppler performance based on company guidelines and audit policies
• Responsible for price and contract negotiations to achieve the best value for the company
• Collaborate with regional teams on knowledge and commodity sharing
• Drive the procurement processes by designing, implementing and managing projects to a successful conclusion by establishing accountability, timeline and goals
• Keep tracking on internal performance of each commodity spend

Requirements:

• At least 8 - 10 years' experience in procurement or other managerial positions in QS in MNC focus on suppler management/store construction
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to establish strong relationship with internal and external parties
• Experience in handling regional transformation project is an advantage
• Good experience in P2P processes and 3-Procurements tools
• Experience in Retail Store Construction and Shopfitting area
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate level of Excel skills
• Solid knowledge/ experience in strategic sourcing/ procurement and commercial & contract management tools and techniques
• Able to work as an influencer with impeccable communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills with proactive attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
