Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all rounded management of fitting out work or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor / department head
• Liaise with consultant to handle restaurant licence application as well as A&A and MWCS submission
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders and keep closely monitor and control of the cost, time & job quality
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to review of design and specification
• Assist to prepare the tender documents and budget plan
• Prepare the document for submission to related authorities and landlord on store fitting out work

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Building Services / Construction Management / Building Studies
• 3 years experience in project management with supervisory skill is an advantage
• Good sense in project planning & data analytics
• Ability to communicate with different levels of people effectively
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese & English
• Proficient in Computer knowledge e.g. AutoCAD, Excel & Word (Chinese & English typing)
• Less experience will be considered as Project Officer
