Job Description
Responsibilities and Requirements

• Co-ordinate with project manager and follow up installation progress of job site.
• Supervise the effective use of materials and control the quality of works.
• Ensure proper documentation and work safety on site
• F.5 or IVE or CITA graduates or related disciplines plus site experience
• 1 year site experience for position of Assistant Site Supervisor
• 3 years site experience for position of Site Supervisor
• Experience in curtain wall, window wall, aluminium or metal works an advantage
• Able to understand shop drawings
• Able to read and write Chinese or English
• Holder of green card and site safety supervisor certificate

職責及要求

•          與項目經理聯系及協調, 跟進地盤施工進度,
•          監控施工質量及物資運用, 負責地盤文件及記錄, 地盤施工安全事宜
•          F.5 / IVE / CITA 畢業及地盤管工經驗 (鐵器,鋁質及幕牆安裝優先)
•          助理地盤管工 (一年以上地盤經驗)
•          地盤管工 (三年以上地盤管工經驗)
•          能理解施工圖
•          能閱讀及書寫中文及英文
•          持有綠卡, 建造業安全督導員證書及相關安全工作經驗優先
