Job Description
Our client company is a leading Property Developer with reputable name in the market. Currently with continuous growth in HK project team and a residential redevelopment project, they are looking to identify a E&M specialist project and construction management professional to join their PM Department.
Directly reporting to Project Director, you will be managing multiple residential projects. You will be leading a team of in-house site staffs, appointed contractors and consultancies for full project cycle and to ensure they are complied with statutory and contractural requirement. You will also help manage project quality, time and cost. You will moreover managing contracts administration and address VOs if any.
About the Requirement
- Above 8 years of experiences in project management experiences within client/ consultancies and contractors
- Solid Hong Kong local project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering new built/redevelopment building projects will be advantageous
- Strong technical know-how in delivering slope site works/ ELS works
- Degree holder in E&M/ Civil / Structural (or equivalent)
