Responsibilities:
-Monitor site progress and site coordination works
-Liaise and coordination with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors to develop details
-Documentation preparation to support project team

Requirements:
-High diploma or above qualification in Electrical, Mechanical / Building Service Engineering discipline or equivalent;
-5 years or above site E&M experience in building construction / A&A;
-Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-Excellent communication and site management skills                      
-Immediately available is an advantage
-Able to work independently

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Building Services Engineer.
