Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recommend, prepare and review the preventive maintenance schedule
- Monitor the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 years relevant working experience, preferably in shopping arcade / residential buildings maintenance industry, including 2 years at managerial level
- Experience in building renovation projects is preferable
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager
