Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical team and oversee the building service maintenance / premises improvement / tenancy fitting out work for the assigned shopping mall or property portfolio
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred
- At least 15 years relevant working experience, of which 5 years at managerial level, in shopping arcade / commercial buildings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
