Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the project management of prestigious property development in Hong Kong, including design / administration / cost control / construction management
• Liaise and collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives, with particular emphasis on architectural excellency
• Lead a team of project management professionals and ensure effective project planning and execution for delivery on time, cost and quality

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture; HKIA/Registered Architect or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years of project management experiences within client / property developers
• Solid Hong Kong local project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering mid to large-scale new build / redevelopment work projects and prestige houses projects
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
