• 5 years’ experience in main contractor side.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our construction projects.

Requirements

•   Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
•   Minimum 5 years’ work experience on full range of Quantity Surveying services
•   Good experience in all aspects of quantity surveying
•   Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and in a team, and capable to work under pressure
•   Self-motivated, disciplined, mature and responsible
•   Knowledge on PC skills and general software applications.
