Reports to the Project Director, Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong, the Project Manager will be based in Hong Kong, to manage the end-to-end fit out, upgrading and refurbishment of F&B, catering and retail outlets in Hong Kong from concept design through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Property Director regarding all aspects of project strategy, planning development and implementation.
• Manage complete project cycles starting from initial site visit, due diligence, design & drawings, tendering management, cost control, timing & progress monitoring, quality control, internal & external compliance, until the issuance of Closing Notice.
• Ensure the production of drawings, budgets and programs are delivered to the Project Owner at various stages of the project in conjunction with external designers and consultants.
• Assess and manage contract and legal matters in conjunction with both in house or external legal advisors and quantity surveyors.
• Support the on-going facilities management with technical advice on maintenance, construction, relocation/renewal suggestion.
• Work closely with external consultants and designers to ensure timely and cost effectively implementation of various projects.
• Assist in/ manage other projects in APAC countries as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years ‘client or consultancy side’ project management experience, preferably in a retail/catering environment.
• Prior experience in working in Hong Kong is essential and experience other Asia Pacific locations is advantageous
• Good proficiency in both formal and informal written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and with external project consultants.
• Technically competent with various software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Photoshop. Familiar with project management software is preferably.
• Good command of written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Capable of controlling programmes and budget constraints.
• Strong management and organisation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at the Hong Kong Airport according to business needs.
