Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of estimates, import lists, cash flow tables; measurement of quantities;
• Provision of advice on management of contracts and projects; preparation of standard documents for architects, engineers and contractors;
• Preparation of tender documents for individual projects;
• Invitation of tenders, analysis of tenders and negotiation with tenderers;
• Preparation of contracts documents, valuation of work in progress and recommendations for payments during the course of construction;
• Provision of cost advice on proposed variations during the course of construction;
• Preparation of report on financial status of the project during the course of construction;
• Resolution of claims and disputes, negotiation and settlement of final accounts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or equivalent qualifications;
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in quantity surveying of civil engineering contracts;
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual and problem solving skills;
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and organization skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
