Responsibilities:

• To review and draft contract
• To ensure installation payment receive on time
• To resolve the dispute of liability claim of installation defect
• To measure all variation orders
• To draft quotation for QS follow-up action
• To measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final account

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying 
• At least 1-2 years Quantity working experience or Construction
• Good communication and strong negotiation skill   
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
