Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to and review with head of department.
- Handle contractual issues and claims.
- Contract administration and manage of main contractor accounts.
- Involve in the negotiation and settlement of variations & claims.
- Coordinate the preparation of interim payment and settlement of final accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years relevant work experience.
- Excellence interpersonal, presentation skills.
- Reliable, independent and with professional attitude.
- Familiar with PC application.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is essential.
