Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily Facility Operation ,Building repair work and E&M maintenance work, as well as maintenance support for production facilities
- Responsible for E&M system and production supporting plant upgrade or replacement. To prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration and progress
- Lead the in-house maintenance team & manage outsourced contractors.
- Responsible for property management, manage outsourced security and cleaning company.
- Train / develop staff and contractors, maintain discipline in the workplace and ensure safety at work
- Monitor energy use, devise and implement energy saving improvement and environmental projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical/Building Services/Electrical Engineering
- 5 years or more relevant experience in E&M and property management.
- Knowledge in E&M installation & maintenance work including MVAC / Fire Services / Plumbing & drainage / Electrical and builders Work / CCTV / Burglar alarm system
- Knowledge in safety and health management system is an advantage
- Knowledge in the plant facilities including compressed air / ammonia refrigeration / water supply & treatment / steam boilers is an advantage
