Job Description
Qualification of RA: -

- Be Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong;
- Be CIC-certified BIM Managers (CCBM), or equivalent; OR
Be BIM Pro (HKIA), or equivalent; OR
Have completed CIC-accredited BIM Manager Course, or equivalent; and haveminimum Two (2) years practical experience in projects adopting BIM; OR
Have minimum Three (3) years practical experience in projects adopting BIM; - Good practical knowledge of BIM software and BIM collaborative platforms, including but not limited to Revit or ArchiCAD;
- Good practical knowledge of workflow of common data environment (CDE);
- Good practical knowledge of office applications software;
- Good knowledge in architectural works and pass the selection interview conducted by the Supervising Officer or his representative;
- Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurementperiodically related to the project.
