Responsibilities:

• Carry out professional consultancy jobs on local commercial projects and provide professional advice to real estate agents;
• Prepare building plans and documents for government submission;
• Administer various types of A&A works from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants and contractors on progress of works;
• Prepare feasibility study / proposals of various A&A works for Sales;
• Carry out any other professional duties assigned by Department Head.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Building Surveying / Architecture or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience;
• Good understanding of Buildings Ordinance and planning and lands matters;
• Self-motivated and eager to learn;
• Good command of English and Chinese typing;
• Good PC knowledge, including Autocad, MS Word, Excel and Power point and presentation software.
