Responsibilities:

• Responsible for budgeting, preparation of tender documents, tender analysis and recommendation, vetting contract documents, assessing variation, arranging payment application and settlement of final account, etc.
• Monitor and coordinate consultant works to ensure all the deliverables are timely issue as required
• Carry out cost control for projects and prepare all necessary reports for Joint Venture partners and internal department use
• Deal with main contractor, sub-contractor for the property development
• Assist the Project Director to manage the property development work
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Department Head or Senior Management

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline
• 2-3 years relevant working experience from consultant firm or property developer for residential and commercial development
• Knowledge in standard form of building contract
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good team player, proactive, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Familiar in using MS Office (e.g. MS Excel, Words etc.)
