Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize and execute PR campaigns, including event management, interview, press release, joint promotion liaison and performing translation

• Establish and maintain close relationship with media and handle day to day media enquiries

• Endeavor award opportunities and build awards portfolio of the Company

• Manage and monitor the administration of official website, facebook and weibo

• Assist in internal and external customer communications via electronic, newsletter and media coverage

• Filing of news cutting and documents

• Provide administration support to the team

• Prepare periodical reports and perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years related experiences, in Hotel or Catering industry is preferred

• Confident, excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior

• Well-organized, detail-minded and hard-working

• Independent and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a plus
