• Development of BIM consultancy
• Build and lead BIM team to serve internal/ external client
• BIM project management and coordination including BIM manpower resources deployment for projects
• Ensure the execution of BIM works in projects are in accordance with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications

• Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent
• CIC certified BIM manager; Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry in which at least 5 years in managerial level in a BIM team
• Good knowledge of BIM software, e.g. Revit, Naviswork, 3dMax, ArchiCAD, Bentley, Civil3D.
• Conversant with BIM language and know how to integrate with Navisworks, Fuzor, Enscape, ETABS, SADS, CDE etc. including but not limited to Revit or Tekla.
• Candidate with more experience and qualification can be considered to Technical Director/ Business Director
