Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quantities and coordination with the Project Manager and the Purchasing Department for material ordering;
• Preparation of contractual claims;   
• Valuation/assessment of Variations, settlement of Final Account for both Subcontracts and Main Contract;
• Preparation of budget / cost plan;     
• Monitoring budget/Cost Control.

 Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies /QS Studies or other related engineering discipline;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in building / fitting out projects gained from Main Contractors;
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skill;
• Able to work independent and under pressure.
