Job Description

• Responsible for project management include cash-flow, work and progress monitoring, contractual issues, quality & safety monitoring etc;
• Liaison with client, consultant, contractor and other relative parties with regard to the project progress.

Job Requirement

• Degree or above in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;
• 10 years or above relevant experience in major in building projects with contractor;
• Extensive experience in liaison with the project team/ consultant team and government agents;
• Good knowledge and experience of the current and prevailing statutory processes; and
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese; and
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
