Responsibilities:

• Project planning, management, supervise and enforce company policy & procedure on project execution and handover process
• Conduct tender briefing, and liaise with internal, operation team, landlord and relevant parties
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors in executions
• Control construction costs within budgets
• Prepare necessary documentation for both internal and external parties to facilitate project execution
• Follow up with the regulations of FEHD and Restaurant license applications
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Surveying or related discipline with minimum 5 years working experience
• Knowledge in Building Ordinance and Regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
